Best show in a long time i love all of the music!!! Two thumbs up.

DR Dan gave it a10:
A perfect blend of satire, good vibes and just plain fun.

J D gave it a1:
Like most other Hollywood shows groping/hoping for success and ratings, this one hides their insults with sarcastic humor and great music, all the while slipping into a mindless do-what you want foolishness with out any forethought or wisdom. This show reflects the lack of sensitive respect that characterizes this generation. There are many hidden messages that sadden me because I know many kids will thoughtless swallow this type of show hook line and sinker. Sorry. I am going to change the channel and look for something that is worthwhile.

Mitchell B. gave it a5:
A bit too cliche for my liking. The characters don't seem too interesting seeing as their stories were revealed completely in the first episode. Also, the female main character (dancer/singer/supposed-to-be-nerdy girl) does NOT look like a sophomore in high school. If you don't know what a sophomore is, it means Grade 10. I mean, it's really far-fetched for us to assume a girl can look like that at the age of 15-16.

EE B gave it a7:
This show was a 10 when it was about the kids with believable vocal lip syncing. Now that it takes more time and storyline on the adults (is she pregnant? The AcaFellas?) it is going downhill.

Eric gave it a5:
Maybe I'm too old at 44, but I found the show frenetic and disjointed.

Scott M gave it a10:
Funny, witty, no laugh track (thank God), good choice of songs (80's for the adults, 00's for the kids). Great voices and decent acting. Has an Eli Stone feel with a bit of Fame rolled in. All in all, it was more entertaining that I thought it would be. Very well done!

Andy L gave it a2:
Wall to wall unsubtle, sexual innuendo, snickering digs at mental illness and disabilities, bigoted portrayals of Christians -- how is this different than every other comedy on TV? Oh, yes, music. Poorly dubbed music, but music. That's why I give it a two instead of a one.

G M gave it a2:
The Twitter totally distracted us. We were interested, but quickly changed the channel. The show may have been good, but we could not focus because of the constant distraction.

Mahealani A gave it a10:
Glee--so much better than so much that's on the tv. Better drama than what's contrived on most reality shows, cleverly scripted/delivered, and hey, let's tug at the heartstrings and attempt to inspire folks to dream...! Granted, I was absolutely willing to succumb to the nostalgia manipulation (of the music in the pilot).

Ashton S gave it a10:
Completely magical. One can really connect with the characters in gLee. So excited to see the rest if the season this fall!

Cristian G. gave it a10:
This show is really great.... I cant wait to see it this fall.

Grace C gave it a10:
Excellent. The characters are over the top in a realisitc way, the music is good and the script is funny. Can't wait for the rest.

John D gave it a9:
This show is really great. It has a cover of a great song, and the story seems to be allowed to progress a while. The only problem is that they can't have a great cover song every episode, so what will it be?

Mike S gave it an8:
I thought this show was great. It kept me interested the entire time and i was awaiting a second episode upon the ending. The stereotypical social caste system was the only problem, but it wasn't a big deal. many people were bothered but grow up.

Sal P gave it a1:
Completely forgettable. I can't remember anything about the show. The only inkling I can recall a few weeks after watching it is that even Jane Lynch's performance could not save the writing, much less the entire show.

Davey H gave it a1:
It wants to be High School Musical for and audience above the age of 10. What they didn't realize is that those people never liked High School Musical. It is just a complete failure. I couldn't even finish the pilot.

R. Lake gave it a3:
How can this show be getting such a high rating? I'll give it a break-- there's only one episode out. But if it continues with the same style, all we'll have here is a show with uninspired characters (the boring teacher, the guy who's good at everything, the stereotypical girl who's full of herself) and lines that have been used in every other high school movie.

The critics must be Africans who were promised food if they comment nicely on the show. They must of really been fed considering how generous they were with the compliments.

messy babe gave it a0:
My head is spinning because I am the anti-christ. I blame the show.

Haley B gave it a0:
I want to become a terrorist because of this show. Its so bad. I hope its audience stays small. This is nothing. Time will pass with this thing as its gimp.

moo cow gave it a0:
Let's no kid ourselves, this originated from a toilet. Its not funny, it just stereotypical. And if you are going to go for that stereotype humor it better be really funny. Its not at all. I was bored. My favorite character is the black girl, voice is great. The main bi*** is annoying with a mediocre voice.

Juno M gave it a0:
I saw the commercial and I was interested. Not a musical fan but I do have the ability to like them. It said it was tomorrow. So the next day I watched. I couldn't even tell where tfe jokes were, this show sucked so much. Someone said thus is the funniest show of their lifetime, what is wrong with you? A baby dying is funnier than this and I don't enjoy things dying unless that person liked the movie "crash". They gave the traditional hyperbolic social classes. The jocks up there the nerds down there. That's not true in real life in real life just because your a athlete that doesn't make you well liked to everyone. Cheerleader aren't worshipped or looked up to when you want to see greatness. When did Hollywood get this idea? Why Is glee club so looked down upon. The football (of course the main character is one) has to hide around to be in it because his friends(which are only football players, come on) would make fun of him. In my school there are so many "popular" people in choir(glee club). And no one does that to a handicap kid, even if the the most popular person in my school did that everyone would call him an a**hole. And of course the best singers in the club are the most good looking people. And of course those to beautiful people have a connection as they look at eachother other when they sing at the end. The girl obviously has a good voice but its like tfe most common voice. Its boring and extremely conventional. No randomness. Its all sh**.

Shockingly delightful. i cannot wait for more.

susan gave it a10:
It was so great to see a show like this...based on the arts!! Music is a great thing, there should be more shows like this. Grease, High school musical and now Glee. Its in with good company!

Steve K gave it a10:
Damn you, Fox! I'm going to be humming, "Don't stop believing" all summer now! Seriously though.... it is cheesy and predictable. But very fun and infectious.

Philip C gave it a10:
Loved this show, can not wait until it returns, just hope the next episodes are as great as the pilot.

Jamie B gave it a10:
This is possibly the best comedy in my lifetime, and that's counting Arrested Development. It's like all the joy of School of Rock combined with Arrested Development's humorous sensibility. Watch it on Hulu. Now.

Andrew M gave it a10:
GREAT SHOW - kept me entertained the whole way through! looking forward to seeing how the rest of the show pans-out!

Shawn gave it a2:
I thought this show was annoying and sucked. It was predictable and I didn't like any of the characters

D W gave it a9:
I almost didn't watch this because I hate American Idol and have seen enough cliched high school musicals to last a lifetime. But once I took a look I was totally hooked. The premier has the structure of your standard teen-age showbiz drama, but the sharp satirical edge, awkward/talented characters, and light but fascinating plot make it one of the best TV drama series of the season. I have to wonder if it can sustain this high level for a whole season, but the premier episode is nothing short of brilliant.

Brad C gave it a10:
The casting and writing on this show is fresh and sharp, and the music is tremendous. The entire show is packed with such energy and over-the-top characterization that it will make you want to record it and re-watch your favorite scenes and songs. Most amazingly, they are able to pull off a very self-aware high school comedy without making it feel derivative or cynical. These songs will get in your head. You've been warned!

Colin C gave it a9:
Loved this show! Quirky, fun, and some great tunes. I had a giant smile on my face the whole time I was watching this. I hope it finds an audience come Fall. It deserves it!

Muggles C gave it a10:
great talent, cast, characters and wit in the script, AND it has an important message about what matters (vs. what most people think matters).

Nathaniel T gave it a10:
Sharp, smart, and funny. The musical numbers are perfectly done, but without a sense of cold technicality. Just fantastic.

Jorge M gave it a9:
The musical numbers could seriously hinder the show from staying on air, but it transcends even those kind of skeptical people. The humor is spot on, but the drama elements are either hit of miss. The musical numbers are the true highlight of the show. Glee is that kind of relief people need from all those incredibly dark (though highly regarded) dramas on television. Highly recommended and a must-see.

Meghan A gave it a10:
This show is great! I am anxious to see more episodes in the fall and am hoping it lasts for more than one season on Fox.

Amanda K gave it a10:
Definitely going to be addicting!

Brandon S gave it a2:
The very first joke on this show is about waterboarding. Real classy, guys.

Timothy K gave it a10:
Great musical numbers, and the show has a lot of promise. Can't wait until it returns next Fall.

Arvin M gave it a0:
Total and complete garbage

Justin B gave it a10:
Awesome show! Can't wait for the next episode!
